First off this is my favorite hotel in the DC area. Easy access to the metro, painless shuttle pick up from the airport. Close proximity to restaurants in the area as well. Upon check in we were greeted very professionally by Sayed. Who was very prompt with any question we had, and accommodated us upon request. I always look forward to staying here. Room is always clean, staff is always very nice. It leaves a great impression on ya.

The hotel seemed clean, well-kept, and professionally run. The lobby and common areas were tidy, and the staff at the front desk was welcoming, even to visitors. We spent some time at the Potomac Social Tavern, and I was impressed by the great service and solid drink selection. It's a nice spot to catch up — laid-back and convenient. That said, the atmosphere felt a bit generic, more functional than cozy or lively, but that’s typical of a business hotel in the Crystal City area. Overall, based on my brief visit, it seems like a convenient and comfortable hotel, especially if you're flying into Reagan or need access to the metro. I’d definitely consider staying here in the future based on what I experienced.

Upon check-in we were greeted at the front desk by Karen. She was very professional and attentive to our questions and needs. Her ability to navigate between my influx of questions about the surrounding area restaurants and checking in was a true testament of her willingness to take care of the quest. We ended up staying an extra day due to storms passing through. Re-checkin went smooth as the initial one.

The rooms were comfortable. Location was good. Parking was expensive ($44/night) which I wasn’t expecting but I guess is standard for the area. I received excellent service from Hadid at the front desk. He was very welcoming, hospitable, and helpful. He had a yes, can do attitude with a smile. He made us feel at home. He will be a terrific manager one day and I hope he will be recognized for his excellent customer service.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crown Plaza for the first time, where Virginia and Abdullah provided us with superior service. Virginia went above and beyond to assist my mother-in-law, guaranteeing that our room was prepared before our arrival. She also treated me with kindness. The hotel's cleanliness and fresh scent were noteworthy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return. Thank you to all the staff for your outstanding hospitality.
