The Club Quarters Hotel in Washington DC offers a convenient location near the White House, the Metro, and various dining options. While praised for friendly staff and cleanliness, some guests experienced noise issues and concerns regarding room size and bathroom amenities. The Club Living Room is a notable amenity.
It is clean, centrally located next to subway with a very good staff. However, They gave me a room without window just because I wanted a quiet one. There should be better quiet rooms. Club Living Room is nice and comfortable which I have been informed last day. I recommend to stop by there.
This hotel was a good deal and the location was really ideal for a long weekend trip to DC. It was very convenient to much of the city, the White House and the monuments. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary water bottle station was very useful. The room (and especially the bathroom) were a little lacking. Bathroom was very tight, had a public restroom-style toilet and the drop ceiling above the shower (a questionable choice) was moldy. The shampoo bottle holder in the shower was roughly glued to the wall and fell off during our stay. (Though the staff at the counter were very helpful in getting it fixed and replaced so we wouldn't be charged for it!) Would I stay here again for the convenience of the location without it being insanely pricey? Yes. And I would recommend staying here, as long as you are aware that it's a pretty basic and not very cushy or luxurious stay.
We had a really great stay at Club Quarters Hotel White House in Washington DC. When we first arrived there was a small mix up, but Gio at the front desk immediately stepped in and fixed everything. He even upgraded our room at no extra charge, which was such a kind surprise after a long day of travel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the location honestly could not have been better. There were tons of great dining options nearby, plus the Metro was next door which made getting around DC super easy. Most importantly, we felt safe and very well taken care of during our stay. Big thank you again to Gio for the excellent customer service. What could have turned into a stressful moment, Gio turned into an unexpectedly great experience.
Friendly staff. Missy at the front desk helped make our trip such a great experience. Everyone who worked the front desk while we stayed were accommodating. An older building but well maintained. Right in the heart of DC. Lots of amenities close by and in the hotel. Free coffee bar 24/7 plus complimentary water was a life saver.
This was a great option in Washington, DC, especially given the location, very close to the White House, the metro, and many restaurants and coffee houses. The rooms were simple but clean and well appointed, with a large TV, a place to work, and a comfortable chair to relax. The bed was also comfortable and allowed for a good sleep. The bathroom was small and there was not much counter space but it was functional. Lots of hangers but not many drawers to store clothing items. The biggest issue for us was the noise at night. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there was a lot of noise coming through the windows so it was not easy to fall asleep. The hotel has a nice common area for coffee and relaxation. We also appreciated the water stations in all floors, which made hydration very easy. The staff was very polite and friendly, but we only see them during check in/out since the reception is very small and mostly automated. I would come back here again if I were to get a room on a high floor, more isolated from the noise.
