Location is walkable to Chinatown and nearby popular areas. The modern design is very nice and can be seen throughout the hotel. Loved the art throughout the hotel. Only downside was the mattress was on the firmer side, and the beds could have used extra sheets for us cold sleepers. Otherwise, it was perfect for a relaxing weekend gate-away to the city.

Awesome location that is walking distance from all the monuments and amazing locations. Very dog friendly. Love the art and messages they promote, as their music vibe is top tier. Best hotel to bring your dog too. Maggie is the best with dogs and great hotel staff there. Very different, but cool hotel. Love the uniqueness. High recommend stay.

We visited via the Edit hotel program with Chase and the value was outstanding! They upgraded our room to a beautiful suite and the breakfast credits were generous at the delicious bakery inside the hotel. The rooftop bar was relaxing and the staff was amazing from check in to check out. I especially appreciate the hot water kettle, high quality tea, and mini fridge in the rooms. The bath amenities smelled wonderful. I will definitely come back and I hope they stay in the Edit program. Only hiccup was the dinner restaurant not being open suddenly when we planned to eat there but I’m sure this is not a typical occurrence. We parked off site and used the Metro to get around- not really walkable to the Mall for us in winter weather.

Stayed here during DC Pride and to celebrate a birthday! The place has a hip vibe and the record player in our suite with access to records was a nice touch that we like! We were very disappointed that with what we paid for our suite that no amenity was offered to help us celebrate. But the room was available for us prior to normal check-in. For the price, the suite was nice, but nothing over the top. We've stayed in nice accomodations nearby for the same price point, but it's still a fun option. The rooftop is also a lot of fun, we've been their multiple times and the outdoor terrace is a great hang. Front desk folks were also nice!

Stayed here for a staycation a couple times. Very spacious suites and large closets with a dresser. The bathroom was also quite nice. They have record players in the rooms with very decent sound quality, but each room is themed and the records reflect that. If you’re interested in certain records or vibes, call and see if they can accommodate there’s a good bar and restaurant downstairs, too. If you a there during the weekend the upstairs bar is very cute and dusting the summer tends to have good djs.

The wife and I had a great time here. The boutique hotel has great decor and vibes. We had the privilege of working with Elivania for both check in and check out and she was very nice. Answered all of my questions and was able to hold our bags as we explored the city before leaving town. In a safe area and a short walk to everything, reccomend!

The people working here are amazingly friendly and helpful, seems genuine too. The happy hour at the multiple bars was very nice as well. The hotel has a nice and appealing aesthetic, but it seems they spent their whole budget on just aesthetics and left nothing for comfort. The bed was absolutely TERRIBLE, felt like sleeping on a stack of cardboard, our second morning here we ended up just getting up early and leaving because we couldn't sleep the bed caused so much pain. I stay in hotels many times per year, but this was worse than even the motel 6s I used to stay at when I was in my 20s (late 30s now). The rooms are also tiny and cramped especially with 2 people. They definitely invested in making the place LOOK like a 4-star hotel, but the comfort functionality is more like a 1 star motel, sadly. The $67 per night parking fee is also extreme and unethical. They say it's "valet" but then tell you to drive your own car to the garage

The Eaton is such a special hotel and event venue. We hosted our annual company Summit at The Eaton in October 2025, and it was incredible from start to finish. First, their event space is unparalleled. Beautiful, modern, airy rooms with floor to ceiling windows. They also have an on-site, gorgeous wellness center where we hosted private classes each morning for our attendees. We hosted a fun dinner one night at Wild Days, their rooftop restaurant/bar venue, and another at Michele’s, the other on-site restaurant. Even utilized their very cool movie theatre for our awards ceremony. It’s rare to find all of these great spaces in one hotel, but The Eaton delivers. Definitely not your typical “blah” conference space. Style is very cool and the hotel rooms are great. Comfortable beds and good water pressure! The food throughout the event was very good, and their little cafe/coffee shop off of the lobby is great for a quick bite. I also want to shout out the awesome team who helped to make our event and our stay amazing: Eunique, Vanessa, Julian, Terry, Shannon, Roberto, Muhammad, Dora, Mark, Atsu, Fattah, Maggie, Samuel, Lidia, Brycen, Eduardo, and David- thank you!! Highly recommend The Eaton if you are looking for a unique, very cool venue with great customer service. Thank you Eaton Team!

The vibe of this hotel was nothing short of amazing. As soon as I walked in, I was enveloped by a warm, cozy atmosphere that just felt like home. The cafe, albeit pricey was convenient and the ambience of the bar/lounge was everything. High recommend.

I will sadly no longer go to this establishment for the time being. I almost never do reviews however, they do business with open Nazi sympathizers like their chef Matt Baker. I feel betrayed. This hotel was unique and offered the kind of energy/vibe that I love but, it turns out that energy was a ruse given who they support. Hoping real American patriots can enjoy themselves again at this Hotel in the future given the Staff and hotel are 5 stars and truly offer a refined experience.
