about 2 months agoI had a very comfortable stay at Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC. The staff were welcoming, the room felt clean and quiet, and the Georgetown location made it easy to walk around and enjoy the area. Everything felt well cared for without feeling too flashy. Overall, it was a smooth and relaxing stay that I would be happy to experience again.

6 months agoI am Not a guest but today exactly this day, February 18 at 6:26 PM I was delivering food to a guest of theirs because I was not well dressed and not in a high-end Car valet when I got to my car we're rushing me in the spot that I was parked for less than five minutes telling me to move as I was trying to put my GPS so I can leave not even two seconds of being in my car they were scrolling, and there was two other cars in front of me in the same spot that we're high-end with people inside and they didn't say anything. I'm delivering food to their guest now when their guest wants something to eat and other people from the delivery service see that is from there and seeing how they treat delivery people I highly doubt their guest will receive their order. We are all equal?

7 months agoThe location is outstanding, in one of the best areas of Washington, D.C. The staff is highly professional, with truly excellent customer service. The level of service is consistent, efficient, and well executed in every detail. It is a great hotel, with high standards and a solid experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

8 months agoWow, the restaurant here is next level. Th service, omg! Frank was so great welcoming us and Danwel was an amazing server - he helped us pick all the best dishes! That pasta was the best pasta I’ve ever tasted and the mashed potatoes too omg! The tableside steak service was also next level! Highly recommend for a special occasion…especially Christmas! You could do a whole photoshoot here!! Such a beautiful spot for the holidays! I didn’t even get a pic of the sleigh…But so many cute spots! And amazing service!

I want to give a special mention to Mohammed at breakfast, who truly went above and beyond every single morning. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made my experience unforgettable.
