The rooftop bar. Horrible service with overpriced drinks and a mandatory 20% service fee. Nice view but it doesn’t make up for waiting way beyond a reasonable amount of time for our drink order and our check. Find another place unless you have a lot of time to waste.

This hotel is on a quiet street in Georgetown. It is conveniently located, close walking distance to the waterfront, clothing shops, and many restaurants. The lobby staff could have been friendly. The rooftop was ok. I went in the winter.

This is one of my favorite places! Whether you're staying overnight or just going to the rooftop, inside bar, or event area, The service here is wonderful. We have been for many different reasons, and each time Everyone is so nice to us. Every area and space in The Graham is so unique. Located in the middle of Georgetown, you can walk to many places and other spots of DC are just a short car ride away. Its a beautiful historic scenic spot with cobblestones, be careful in your heels.

My husband and I spent Valentines Day weekend here in one of the suites. Although the location was perfect, close to restaurants etc., our sheets had stains on them (we informed the staff and they changed them) and we didn't have any soap. Overall, the cleanliness of the room wasn't to the standards of the reviews I see. We also experienced a lot of banging on doors near our room throughout the night as it seems our accommodations were near some sort of employee area. Most hotels comp you for such inconveniences this one did not. Overall, not a good stay.

Netti at the front desk is awesome - when the valet was busy helping others and unable to park my car, she stepped right in and helped out. Gordon, the valet guy was great when coming back for my car. All around awesome customer service.

Private equity has truly enshittified the earth. My family wanted to do something different this year so we stayed at a historic luxury hotel in a nice part of DC. What we didn’t know was that it was bought out by a private equity firm (The Anasazi Group) a few years ago and was ”updated” absolutely horribly.

Don’t know if I caught them on a bad night but I did not enjoy my experience. Service was very slow. I cannot recommend anything on the food menu. Worst would have to be the hair. Incredibly rude, condescending, & inhospitable. He should really be in a role that is not customer facing. Again, my first time. Maybe a bad night but I won’t be returning.

This is a great hotel option for Georgetown! I work in Georgetown a couple days a week, but live 60+ miles away. When I need to stay a few days in a row, this is my go-to. Rooms seem to all be suites, with spacious bedrooms and separate sitting rooms. O always stay in a King so not sure about other options. Rooms are quiet, big windows with plenty of daylight, spacious and luxurious bathrooms. I really appreciate the evening turndown service, when they close all the drapes bring me a bottle of filtered water, and set classical music playing so my room is ready for bed. The roof deck is also a nice place to unwind with a cocktail. Limited menu on the roof, like small bites, but it's enough! Best part though, is this feels like a luxury hotel without being $1000/Night like some of its neighbors. I have worked in Georgetown for nearly 20 years, and sent my colleagues and clients to a wide variety of hotels in the area, and really believe this is the best value in Gtown.

Only went to Rooftop bar but had a great time despite the rain. The weather disappointingly caused the venue to zip up, but the drinks were absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. Bartender Nate, outstanding! His colleague was also so nice; they made the evening a real pleasure. Would go back in a heartbeat.

I chose this hotel because it was close to Blues Alley and I was celebrating a birthday. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Most of the staff was warm. Front desk was friendly and helpful. I wish I was told that Alex speakeasy stopped serving dinner at 1130 when I made my reservation through the front desk. The valet guys were great and helpful. The hidden fees… whew 2 credit processings fees, taxes on top of taxes fees, destination fee and destination taxes . The rooftop bar was a little overrated, service was a little cold. (Maybe that’s the culture of the town) Cute but crowded so make reservations. I would go back.
