The casino is cool. Nice restaurants. A lil hood at times but fun. I went to a concert in the theater.. it was uncomfortably cold in there! FREEZING ? and it's end of May so people got on summer clothes. Beware. Other than that ..it's cool

My son and I attended Cirque Dreams Holidaze at The Theater at MGM National Harbor and had such a beautiful experience overall! The show was visually stunning from beginning to end; the acrobatics, costumes, lighting, and holiday-themed performances kept the audience entertained the entire time. It was the perfect mix of circus artistry, music, and festive energy. The theater itself was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, and the staff handled the crowd smoothly. The seats had a great view of the stage, which made it easy to fully enjoy all of the performances and aerial acts. Located inside MGM National Harbor Hotel & Casino, the atmosphere before and after the show was also a vibe with plenty of food, drinks, and things to do. Definitely a great holiday outing for couples, families, or friends looking for a fun seasonal experience. ???

Everything we experienced on our weekend getaway was wonderful. Shinnel check me into my room and was very friendly and informative about my stay. After a 5 hour drive to my location she started my weekend off on a very positive experience. We had a wonderful cocktail waitress named Jainaba that was very attentive. Finally to finish out our final day we had breakfast at “Bread and Butter”. Marva was at the check out and treated us with exceptional customer service. Thank you Marva. We found that everyone from EVS, security to bartenders and Taps are well trained and professional. We had great Conversation and service from our bartender/server Joshua. We will come back to MGM National Harbor.

My visit to MGM National Harbor was an exciting and luxurious experience. Located just outside Washington, DC along the Potomac River, this resort and casino offers a perfect mix of entertainment, dining, and nightlife all in one place. The first thing you notice when entering the property is the grand and modern design. The lobby is elegant, spacious, and beautifully decorated with artwork and stylish lighting that gives the resort a high-end feel. The hotel itself features more than 300 rooms and suites with modern amenities and impressive views, making it a great place for both a weekend getaway and a relaxing stay. ? The casino floor is massive and full of energy. There are hundreds of slot machines, table games, and even a sportsbook where guests can watch live sports while enjoying drinks. Whether you enjoy blackjack, poker, or simply trying your luck at the slots, there is something for every type of player. ? Another highlight of MGM National Harbor is the variety of dining and entertainment options. I'd like to thank several wonderful MGM staff members: Renee is a radiant STAR at the front desk (Hope she's appreciated and valued!). Kimberland in The Theater was so warm and welcoming. She assisted the young lady sitting near me with a more comfortable seat, folding chair as opposed to the stationery one. (Thanks for your compassion, Kimberland!) Toure Sharif EL in guest services gave me a bright "Good Morning" when I called to request a bellboy for my luggage. Benjamin retrieved and stored my luggage with a bright "Good Morning" so I could go for breakfast before leaving. Finally, thanks to Marva and Laura who took care of me at Bread + Butter. Breakfast was Delicious! Overall , I had a wonderful night's stay after the Amy Grant, Michael W. Smith, and Cece Winans' Christmas concert and breakfast the next morning thanks to all the above MGM staff. Room was neat and tidy. View was amazing! Facilities overall are well-maintained and beautiful.
