Tesfa was Fast, Friendly and Efficient! He spoke with my kids and made them feel special! Thank you for the hot cocoa! My son said you were really nice! Keep up the great work! Excellent breakfast! Mesebu greeted us with a friendly smile and went above and beyond suggesting restaurants for the kids. Thank you for the cold water bottles and recommendations! Great customer service all around.

We did an impromptu stay here on our long road trip. The proximity to the White House is amazing and there are so many nearby attractions. We heard live music and had some wonderful drinks in their bar. The lady that runs the breakfast coffee lobby shop was so sweet and helpful. The HR Manager gave us a private behind the scenes tour and goodies to our girls. The bellmen and valet were on it and so great. Checking in we were taken care of by the front of house staff and the employees were so pleasant. The beds were incredible and our Dalmatian loved the hotel and grounds as well. Highly recommend and will be back.

I had a very mixed experience at this hotel. Our first check-in experience was very disappointing. We arrived early, and the first thing the older front desk staff member said was, “You’re so early. Check-in is at 4 pm.” As Hilton Honors Gold members, we expected at least a welcoming check-in and a brief explanation of the hotel’s benefits. Instead, no benefits were explained at all. When we asked twice about the daily $15 Lyft credit, she simply replied, “Room charge,” and dismissed us without answering the question. We left the front desk confused and had to come back later to figure everything out ourselves. Later, we were helped by a younger front desk staff member, and the experience was completely different. She greeted us with a genuine smile, patiently explained every benefit included with our stay, answered all of our questions, and even wrote everything down on paper so we wouldn’t get confused. She turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. The difference between the two front desk experiences was like night and day. I sincerely appreciate the younger staff member for her professionalism, patience, and kindness. I hope the hotel recognizes employees like her and ensures that every guest receives the same level of service from the moment they check in.

My son and I stayed during the UFC 250 event and loved every minute of it! Clay at the front desk was very imformative and professional . Answered every inquiry for Washington and it's many sites! Very impressed with the cleanliness. The buffet breakfast was well worth the price! Would definitely consider this location next time in the area. Thanks Clay for making our stay memorable.

I am currently staying at the Capital Hilton and wanted to share the excellent service I had today at the front desk. I flew into DC today on a redeye flight and had been up for 28 hours when I inquired if my room was ready. It was not and checkin time was not for a few hours. But Theresa went out of her way to locate another room that was available. She was kind and curtious. She knew it meant alot to me. The room is spacious and clean. The bed is very comfy and you can’t beat the location. Thank you Theresa for making my day.

Frank was a good front desk agent! He was very helpful and kind. The property was nice and clean as well. Our rooms were not cleaned the best but that was the only downside. 7/10 recommend!
