Posting as one star because of the timeshare people. You should absolutely stay here, it’s a fantastic place with excellent location and amenities. Bed is super cozy. Big time recommend. You should NOT do what I did and get tricked into talking to the 2nd “check in” people. Their sales tactics are predatory and awful. My keys were taken from me and held hostage while they used person after person to try to talk me into a timeshare presentation. I firmly but nicely declined over and over. I eventually started physically shaking and getting upset, because saying “no” should mean “no,” and when it doesn’t, when you continue to not have any power and not consent to the situation you’ve been put in, it has a certain effect, especially on a woman. Even after I finally got my keys back, one of the sales reps tried continuing to coerce me into attending a presentation. I walked off with my keys and another “no. I said no.” And THEN he texted my phone with another tactic. I was frazzled for quite some time after that. Never again.

I am using the 2 bedroom presidential suite, they are beautiful room with a lot of amenities. There's a hot tub in the room along with your own washer and dryer, a full kitchen with all the cookware you'd need. This suite is spacious and could easily sleep 6-7 people. You have your own balcony, I'm on the 10th floor so the view is great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Maryland, or the surrounding area

The property is excellent., the staff was friendly, and the location was awesome. This is a very walkable area. The trick is that it little far if you want to spend time time in DC. You can drive and suffer the trafficand parking , or used public transport. We took a Water taxi in which was a little pricey but worthwhile. On the way back we to the metro and a bus - way cheaper, took the same time.

? 1 Star – Beware of the “Free Cruise” Offer I want to share my experience so others can be aware of what they may be getting into. While walking around National Harbor, my spouse and I were approached and invited to attend a Wyndham timeshare presentation. We were told we needed to put down $50 to reserve our spot for the next day. We did receive the $50 back afterward on a gift card. We attended the presentation, and everything seemed fine until we got to the purchase price. After the walkthrough, we immediately declined the timeshare. We were then given information about a “free cruise.” However, we were required to contact a third-party company and pay a $150 deposit. After paying the deposit, we were told we had to wait two weeks before we could make the reservation. After calling multiple times, I finally got through and was told we had to choose from whatever dates were available. I was then told it would cost $745 to reserve the cruise after Christmas, even though I attended the presentation in June. At that point, I declined. I then read the terms and discovered that I had less than 30 days to request a refund of the $150 deposit. I was only two days away from the deadline, so I immediately mailed my cancellation to the Florida address provided using certified mail, which cost me another $10. I eventually received an email stating that it could take up to 30 days to receive my refund. Overall, this experience wasted my time and money. I also checked the Royal Caribbean website, and the cruise being offered was available directly through Royal Caribbean for approximately the same amount I was being asked to pay. Based on my experience, I would not consider this cruise offer free or highly discounted. I recommend reading every term and condition, especially the fine print regarding deposits, deadlines, availability, and additional fees, before agreeing to anything.

Very much a home away from home look and feel. Large rooms with full kitchens. Amazingly in the middle of walk to restaurants, CVS, huge ferris wheel, and plenty of stores. Fitness room is very small and early morning hours usually to it's capacity. Expect being greeted by marketing personnel as you enter the lobby area. Otherwise, very accommodating and beautiful resort and area.

Perfect location, 20 min from DC. Staff was amazing. Only issue we had was it was impossible to get a cart to move luggage when checking out. Someone did bring one to the room for us though after we looked for an hour for one and they didn't bother me for checking out 15 min late because of it.

It’s like a home-tel!! We’ve stayed at many club Wyndham’s and this one is among the favorites. It’s a nice neighborhood but still quiet at night. The nearby parking is in and out through the hotel. A short 5 minute walk to the harbor. Really great amenities indoor and outdoor pool, game room, and events too! When we arrived they mentioned that the whole hotel was recently renovated and it really feels that way. A great experience!

If you're looking to see all the sites in DC, please keep in mind that you are at least 20 minutes minimum from the major tourist sights. That's why I gave the location a 3 star. Be prepared to drive yourself, book a tour through the Wyndham, or Uber/Lyft to what you want to see. For a family of 5, that was a little on the expensive for us. There are restaurants surrounding the area, but again, make sure you have your walking shoes to get there. The 2 bedroom suite that we had was great. It fit the 5 of us comfortably and it was super clean. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. All in all, I would visit again, I would just be better prepared for the daily travel fees.

Stayed here on a girls trip with friends. Randall from Guest Services Concierge was super fun! I highly recommend you go to any event he hosts. Great sense of humor and lively. Bring the family and have lots of fun

I don't want to yuck your yum, but this type of accommodation is not for me. It was clean and easy to access and was right by the conference center, which are all pluses. However, being sold on timeshare as I arrived, the canned (almost cetainly forced) greetings from the staff, and the hyper sterile environment gives me the dystopian creeps. I dislike resorts, but can put up with them if there is a beautiful beach or mountain nearby. This place has a conference center and casino, just not my jam.
