The room was so clean and smelled amazing. Everything is new and updated. Hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating. 5 stars all day, made me want to check out other locations in the Pendry suite.

We had a phenomenal stay. Peggy, the manager, was incredibly kind and took great care of us throughout our visit. We loved our room on the 10th floor overlooking the wharf, marina, park, and airport — the views were absolutely beautiful. Harsh, the concierge, helped us find the wine tasting at Mount Vernon, and we had an amazing time. The restaurant on the top floor was delicious as well. For a late lunch, we had the edamame, crispy chicken, and the crab sushi roll — everything was excellent. Adam was a fantastic server and made the experience even better. We truly enjoyed our stay, the service, the food, and the incredible views. The only downsides were that the spa felt overpriced, and the pool was not fully open yet during our stay.

My experience at Pendry Washington DC, The Wharf was mixed. I chose this hotel because of the Pendry brand and came in with high expectations. In some ways, the property delivered. The waterfront view was beautiful, and the surrounding landscape was exactly what I had imagined. The staff were also friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. However, the overall experience did not fully meet the level of comfort and ease I expected from Pendry. The room felt small and somewhat crowded, and the property felt more like a city hotel than a resort-style escape. After driving five hours from New York with two dogs, we were hoping for a smoother arrival. We understood that early check-in through Amex is based on availability, but waiting in the lobby for about three additional hours made the start of the trip feel stressful and tiring. Overall, there were definitely positive moments, especially the view, location, pool, and service. However, the room experience and check-in delay made the stay feel less relaxing than expected. For future trips, I would be more likely to consider a different Pendry property rather than returning to this location.

We spent an extended weekend here for a birthday. Upon entering the room there was a nice birthday chocolate moose cake and a hand written card with birthday wishes. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are really comfortable. The roof top bar is amazing with the most gorgeous views especially at night! The room service is 5 star. The hotel is located in a lovely convenient place on The Wharf. The staff is amazing, 5 star white glove service! Our view was pretty great from the 8th floor. We loved our stay at the Pendry Washington DC and will definitely come back. I have nothing bad to say about this location. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Me and my husband went to the Pendry for our 10 year anniversary staycation and I didn’t want to leave! As soon as we pulled up the valet was friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the front desk greeted us opening the door and wishing us a happy anniversary with cold bottled water on a 90degree day. They offered local and restaurant advice and offered help up to our room. We had a wharf view room and OOOOMMMMGGG it was breathtakingly beautiful. They even laid out rose petals, roses in the shape of a heart on the bed and a bottle of champagne. The hotel was clean and we went to the Pendry Bar and had a few drinks. I cannot wait to go back! It was a perfect trip

I stayed in room 801, the WHOLE ENTIRE STAFF WAS IMMACULATE! I came to celebrate my birthday and they made it so magical and special. I was given a complementary cake for my birthday, the rooms were sparkling clean every time I left my room, no problems AT ALL! Again, the entire staff’s attitude was on point, extremely polite and helpful! I appreciate the chef as well! Brunch was outstanding! Chefs kiss? overall I 100% enjoyed my stay. Bring the whole family because you will not be disappointed!

I just left the DC Pendry hotel and I can't brag enough about my stay! I came in for work and they treated my like royalty. All staff go above and beyond, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the staff at the bar and restaurant upstairs. They are so incredibly accommodating! My flight home was delayed and the spa offered a day pass for me to relax in their relaxation room. I 100 percent recommend staying here!

I spent a wonderful long weekend in January at your hotel, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The trip was to celebrate my daughter’s birthday—she lives in DC—and I’m so glad I booked a double room. Once she saw the room and experienced the incredible customer service, she decided to stay with me for the whole weekend. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. My daughter was greeted with birthday wishes upon arrival, and a special treat was even sent to our room, which made the celebration feel extra thoughtful. We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at the rooftop—delicious food, excellent service, and a stunning view. The spa experience was equally amazing and added the perfect touch of relaxation to our stay. Kudos to the entire Pendry DC team for making our weekend so memorable. I’ll definitely be back soon!

The only strong positives I can name are the view, the year-round hot tub, and the fact that its a new build clean modern property. Compared to other Pendry locations, it doesn't have a particularly strong sense of place and really lacks the art collections I've seen prominently displayed. It's not bad, it's just not what Ive come to expect from the brand. I gave a separate review for Moonraker - which I found deplorable. The prices were clearly gauging even by DC standards. After late night drinks and breakfast the following day, would never ever recommend that restaurant.

Every staff member is very friendly and helpful from the concierge staff to the valet to the housekeeping staff. The room service was great- all the food was yummy! I had the Caesar salad with salmon. The location is perfect! Everything you could possibly want is in walking distance. Thank you to everyone who made our stay at the pendry great!
