I had the absolute best time hanging out by the pool and a massive shout out to Lidiya Abel and Tonica. They were working so hard but still made sure everyone felt completely.Make sure everyone completely taken care of the drinks were absolutely delicious and the service was incredibly fast and attentive. Honestly, they’re amazing energy and friendly vibes. Totally made my pool day if you’re staying here you definitely have to drop by and see them. They are total rock stars I’ll definitely be back.

We had a lovely overnight stay at the Omni Shoreham after an event at the hotel. We enjoyed a comfortable, quiet room. The best part came shortly after checkout. I realized I had left an item in our room so we called and spoke to Linda on the phone. She went to our room, got the item, and met me in the lobby to give it to me. That is great service!

Beautiful hotel and clean rooms. Great location. Very friendly staff upon checking in. This gets three stars because on three separate occasions we requested extra pillows. Once at the front desk, once calling the front desk from the room and once with housekeeping. This request was ignored all three times. We never got the pillows. Upon checking out when we explained were just really disappointed with this, the receptionist didn’t seem that concerned. The Omni made it feel like once they received your payment, all bets were off. Perhaps a perfuse apology, or a complimentary drink or drop a charge off of what we billed to the room, to at least show that this is below an acceptable standard. I wouldn’t expect this kind of poor service at a motel let alone a place that prides itself on being a resort.

If the place I travel to has an Omni, that’s the only hotel I stay at. This weekend, I traveled to DC and, as always, booked my stay with Omni. The hotel has a lot of character and is located close to all the sightseeing spots. And as always, the best employees work here. I want to give a special shoutout to the front desk manager, John Alfonzo. Not only was he incredibly nice and hospitable, but he also gave us a little history lesson about the location and the DMV area. To the Omni team, if you're reading this, please recognize him. Fantastic place with excellent service. My only complaint and it is minor is how far a convenience location like a Walgreens would be and that isn't even the Omni's fault. The driveway while it is a bit of a nuisance to pull into it's not that much of a chore. The hotel itself is exquisite it is beautiful edifice filled with beautiful rooms. Each hallway itself is lovely. The bar and its service folk were very welcoming, the front desk was exceptional and helpful, the concierge was quick to greet and welcome. Everything that I asked for was taken care of by the front desk. Fantastic service and a beautifully cleaned up space for me. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the Omni Shoreham in Woodley Park, DC. With the subway station two minutes away on foot, the hotel location is excellent. This one feature made getting around the city extremely convenient! The room was spacious and comfortable. However, there was zero counter space around the sink in the bathroom. We literally had to place our toiletries on the floor. Also, the mattresses were on the very firm side, and we would have preferred the option to have a room with softer mattresses. Overall, our stay at the Omni was pleasant, and the service was friendly.

Lacey & Lelise made staying at the hotel exceptional! I stayed with my two best girl friends for a mom’s night away from the kids, and it was perfect! The service was amazing, the room was wonderful, the location was perfect! And the decorations for Valentine’s Day were so beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful night away :)!

We stayed at the Omni shoram hotel in Georgetown. Vandanna lidya and hugo were AMAZING! Lidya at the bar is phenomenal. Lidya made the greatest espresso martini I’ve ever had. Her white tea shot was also out of the park. Overall BECAUSE OF Lydia we give this establishment as a whole a 10/10. She made our night AND our amazing drinks and we will be back to see her?

This is a superb hotel. It has a beautifully appointed lobby and large welcoming area. This hotel is also family friendly, which is very appreciated, including setting aside dedicated space in the hotel for play for kids. Recently, our family has come to learn about this lovely hotel setting aside a large room a few times a week with bouncy houses and other fun things for kids. This is terrific, and we're so happy to know about this. We had time with Yvette at the hotel this evening (December 13) in the bouncy house room for kids, and she was lovely and attentive. We look forward to spending more time at this beautiful hotel and to sharing its activities with others.

Had a recent stay in November for a conference honoring the veterans, first time in town from Cali, came in a day early to tour the town. The hotel concierge desk David I believe his name was, helped up book our tour and it was convenient because they pick you up from the hotel and drop you off once it's done. Very helpful. Very nice hotel even though it's outdated but everything worked in my room except the little hot fridge in the dresser. They should swap those out for new ones. There was some construction going on in the week but didn't mind the noise as I wasnt much in the room. The coffee shop was excellent and so was the restaurant. Only thing is they should extend the house for room service until maybe 1130, came back from the tour hungry and they had just closed and were able to only make 1 burger for us to share but they comped the burger. You have a CVS a block away to get drinks and snacks to hold you over. Staff was nice and welcoming. Didn't have any issues. Oh and don't use the coffee machine in the room!! However they should have a pet relief area for service animals that are traveling with their handler.
