This is a magnificent property. The views from the rooftop bar are fabulous. The rooms are quite luxurious, great beds and spacious bathrooms. However, what really stands out is the service. Joshua at the front desk was excellent and a font of great information.

This was a great stay. I stayed one night, solo travel, after going to a concert in Baltimore. I arrived later than anticipated, but I simply called at noon and let them know and they held my room- no problem. There was plenty of staff ready to check me in at 1 in the morning. The staff in the morning were all equally professional and attentive. The restaurant, Estuary, was excellent for breakfast; though, you’ll want to make a reservation as it seems to get really busy. I stayed using AMEX FHR (Fine Hotels and Resorts) and Hilton Honors Gold status, and all credits and benefits were honored, they were happy to explain them too. No upgrade upon arrival, though that is typical of US domestic hotels for all levels of Hilton Honors, so that’s not a problem.

The workers here are so sweet! They are always excited to see you come and go, they also remember all the details about your trip and will ask you how it's going!! The room cleaning is amazing! They pay attention to the details and show care about your belongings. I couldn't recommend this hotel more. The workers also love fist bumps, and they get excited to show you their fist bump tricks!! Overall I love this hotel and I'll hopefully stay again in the future!

Conrad DC was the perfect stay! Stayed here during the 4th of July festivities and during DCs major heatwave- which who knew a place can be hotter than Florida in the summer!? Team members went above and beyond to ensure we were staying cool and hydrated by providing cool towels upon arrival and extra bottles of water- these little touches did not go unnoticed. Everyone was ready to offer help and answer any questions as it was my first time at this beautiful property. The Summit rooftop was amazing! The vibes, ambiance, drinks, etc- everything you’d expect in DC. I loved how this hotel was also super walkable- major landmarks, museums, the metro- super easy to get around! Joshua at the front desk who checked me in was amazing- so friendly and personable and went above and beyond- your hotel is lucky to have him! Working holidays can be exhausting and overwhelming- but he was professional and always kept a smile on his face! The housekeeping team also is amazing- wish I got some of their names because no one works as hard as them, truly. The room was impeccably clean, turndown service was lovely and unexpected, overall just super attentive and amazing. Thanks for the unforgettable stay this July! Wish I can give more than 5 stars! Can’t wait to come back!

We had an exceptional stay at the Conrad Washington, DC. I was there with my son, and from the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. A special thank you to Ruth, the Sakura Club Supervisor, as well as Alejandra, Thomas, Gabrielle, and Tierney. Each of them was kind, thoughtful, and gracious in a way that felt very sincere. Their warmth made the stay feel personal, and it really meant a lot to both of us. The Sakura Club was a highlight. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, and fresh, and the service was consistently warm and attentive. It was such a calm and comfortable place to relax, enjoy time together, and feel well taken care of. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, peaceful, and perfectly located for enjoying DC. Since my mother lives in the area, this is an ideal place for our family to gather and spend time together while enjoying everything the city has to offer. We left feeling grateful and genuinely cared for. Conrad DC has quickly become a special place for our family, and we look forward to returning regularly.

Stayed at the Conrad and overall had a great experience. The hotel feels incredibly sleek and modern, with beautiful decor and a polished atmosphere throughout. Everything felt thoughtfully designed, and the stay itself was comfortable and seamless. Appreciated having a Nespresso in the room. One area for improvement: the receipt process. For a hotel at this level, receipts should really be automated and sent immediately after checkout, or at least within a day. Guests shouldn’t have to call the hotel just to obtain a final receipt. Small operational details like that make a difference in an otherwise excellent experience.

Our stay at the Conrad Washington, DC was nothing short of exceptional. One of the highlights of our stay was the Sakura Club. The food selection was great, the views were incredible, and the customer service truly exceeded expectations. The staff created such a warm and elevated experience that made the stay even more memorable. I also want to acknowledge the amazing support we received from the team at The Estuary while celebrating our daughter’s graduation. They truly went above and beyond to help create a joyful and memorable experience for our family. The level of teamwork, attention to detail, and genuine care shown by the staff made the celebration incredibly special and unforgettable. Overall, I would give this hotel an A+ experience. I would also like to give a special acknowledgment to Marlon from the Sakura Club for providing exceptional hospitality and going above and beyond to make our visit truly special.

We stayed at the Conrad through the Amex Platinum Fine Hotels & Resorts program. After landing early in the morning, the staff accommodated an early check-in, though we were not offered a complimentary upgrade. Instead, we were presented with a discounted upgrade to a club (Sakura) level room. Since the standard room was already spacious and comfortable, we decided not to upgrade. As other reviewers have noted, the on-site restaurant, Estuary, is quite expensive. The $60 breakfast credit felt limiting, so we used part of the $100 Fine experience credit to offset the additional cost. We applied the remaining credit toward a simple dinner at the restaurant. Service was a highlight of the stay—Rupha, in particular, was friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, the value was strong with the included credits, though without them, the stay would feel quite expensive.

Probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel staff at check in was top notch. The room was beautiful, and the view of Washington was great. I love the lighting options and how comfortable the room and bed was. Lots of room for me and the staff that cleaned did a wonderful job. They even arranged my cosmetics for me which was honestly something I didn't know I needed until now. I was there for a work conference and the food was very very good. I just am blown away by how good the staff was. Everyone was friendly, the bar was great. I had one of the best margaritas I've ever had there! You definitely get what you pay for. I feel I am ruined now for other hotels just based on how great of an experience I had. Completely recommend.

I had an exceptional stay at the Conrad Washington, DC from December 2–5. From the moment I called before arrival to the final night of my visit, the service was warm, polished, and truly personalized. At check-in, Dymond welcomed me, thanked me for my Hilton loyalty, and acknowledged that I was in town celebrating a friend’s birthday while enjoying a relaxing getaway. That attention to detail carried throughout my stay. I was especially touched to find a thoughtful relaxation amenity in my room—bath salts, pillow spray, sleep mask, and a handwritten note encouraging me to enjoy my time away. Such a meaningful and unexpected gesture! Housekeeping was impeccable, with spotless service and lovely nightly turndown. The concierge offered wonderful recommendations, and every team member, from valet to front desk, consistently greeted me by name and checked in to ensure everything was perfect. On our final night, the team even surprised my friend with a birthday amenity, which was incredibly thoughtful. The Conrad DC truly embodies exemplary hospitality. I will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Washington, DC.
