Probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel staff at check in was top notch. The room was beautiful, and the view of Washington was great. I love the lighting options and how comfortable the room and bed was. Lots of room for me and the staff that cleaned did a wonderful job. They even arranged my cosmetics for me which was honestly something I didn't know I needed until now. I was there for a work conference and the food was very very good. I just am blown away by how good the staff was. Everyone was friendly, the bar was great. I had one of the best margaritas I've ever had there! You definitely get what you pay for. I feel I am ruined now for other hotels just based on how great of an experience I had. Completely recommend.

I had an exceptional stay at the Conrad Washington, DC from December 2–5. From the moment I called before arrival to the final night of my visit, the service was warm, polished, and truly personalized. At check-in, Dymond welcomed me, thanked me for my Hilton loyalty, and acknowledged that I was in town celebrating a friend’s birthday while enjoying a relaxing getaway. That attention to detail carried throughout my stay. I was especially touched to find a thoughtful relaxation amenity in my room—bath salts, pillow spray, sleep mask, and a handwritten note encouraging me to enjoy my time away. Such a meaningful and unexpected gesture! Housekeeping was impeccable, with spotless service and lovely nightly turndown. The concierge offered wonderful recommendations, and every team member, from valet to front desk, consistently greeted me by name and checked in to ensure everything was perfect. On our final night, the team even surprised my friend with a birthday amenity, which was incredibly thoughtful. The Conrad DC truly embodies exemplary hospitality. I will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Washington, DC.

Beyond amazed with the Conrad! This is the best Hilton stay we’ve had by far. Kayla at the front desk checked us in and she was amazing. She gave us plenty of recommendations for our trip to Paris. All of the staff here were a 10/10, especially the bellmen. Location was great in terms of places to visit and food close by. Breakfast was surprisingly good and the rooms were amazing. We are definitely staying here next time we come to DC!

Their professionalism is matched by a human touch that turns a stay into an experience and a hotel into a place you want to return to. This is not just a hotel—it’s a home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, authenticity, and heartfelt hospitality.

A sleek, high-tech, and modern stay in the heart of citycenter DC. It carries the typical Conrad aesthetic --- clean and functional --- though it lacks a unique "wow" factor compared to other flagship properties. The Space & Location: The design is very business-forward and pristine. It’s located near Chinatown and the high-end shopping of citycenter, making it convenient for business, though it’s a bit of a walk from the main tourist hubs on the National Mall. The rooftop bar offers a nice atmosphere, but the DC skyline is relatively low-profile. Sakura Club: This is marketed as one of the few premium Hilton lounges in the US. While it is certainly a step up for a domestic lounge, it doesn't quite reach the level of Conrad lounges in Asia. The "Asian" influence feels a bit surface-level, and the value proposition is debatable if you’ve experienced the service standards of the brand in Tokyo or Osaka. Verdict: A solid, reliable choice for a modern stay in DC, especially for business. It is superior to the older Hilton options in the city but doesn't have the historic character of the nearby Waldorf.

We just had the most incredible experience at the Conrad. It is an absolute top-notch, high quality facility. From the moment we were greeted by the valet and the door staff, an ease and warm welcome by check-in, a gorgeous room with a fabulous bathroom and amenities, and nice gym facilities. The restaurant and food was an amazing experience. We cannot wait to return! Thank you to all of the Conrad staff we came in contact with for making this such a memorable time.

Despite the busy holiday period, he took the time to make me feel welcomed, handled the check-in process efficiently, and upgraded me to a spacious and beautifully appointed corner room on the ninth floor. The room offered stunning views and was a serene retreat after a day of exploring the city. The following morning, I enjoyed breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant, where the service remained outstanding even amid the high demand of the holiday season. The avocado toast was fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared—a highlight of the meal. Every staff member I encountered, from housekeeping to the restaurant team, demonstrated a consistent commitment to hospitality and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The Conrad Washington, DC exceeded my expectations in every respect, delivering a level of service and sophistication that is rare to find. I am already looking forward to returning in the spring to experience the city’s vibrant energy once again, and I will undoubtedly choose to stay at the Conrad. We had the most wonderful stay at the Conrad! The service was amazing, the staff members were all incredibly kind, and the rooms were comfy and clean. We had the best experience with our concierge, Katie. Between her bubbly and outgoing personality and her constant willingness to help, she truly made our visit the best it could have been. She went above and beyond for us - helping my husband get a balloon bouquet for my birthday and delivering a gluten free dessert to our room. She remembered our names throughout our visit and was sure to see how we were doing every time we passed her table. We will definitely be back next time we visit DC!

The Conrad Washington, D.C. is hands down my favorite hotel in the city. It’s sleek, modern, and beautifully designed — every detail feels intentional. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and some of the best you’ll find in D.C. I love that you can dim the lights and truly create a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The service is exceptional yet understated — exactly what great hospitality should be. Housekeeping and turndown service are always impeccable and incredibly thoughtful. On one stay, I left my phone charger out, and they placed a cord organizer so it wouldn’t tangle — a small but meaningful gesture that shows how attentive the team is. The gym is another highlight — bright, spacious, and overlooking the city, with everything in perfect working order. And the rooftop bar is stunning, offering some of the best views in D.C. — the perfect spot for a drink at sunset. I also love the Byredo amenities, especially the Mojave Ghost products. It’s such a thoughtful and elevated touch that makes every stay feel special. The Conrad truly delivers quiet luxury at its best — I couldn’t recommend it more.

First time in a Conrad but feel there are nicer options for the money. The location is great for visiting the city. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The turn down service was top notch even though we only received it 2 of the 3 nights. We had to request a room change as they first put us in an accessible room which has no door or curtain for the shower. The bathroom and everything in it was soaked when showering. Both bathrooms need updating with shredding laminate on the vanity and stained floors. Both beverage coolers were not at all cool...warm beer with ice, no thanks.
