Antonio (The GM) was horrible to deal with. The hotel had a power outage which forced me and my family to have to check out at 2am! No one communicated with us what was going on. No one offered any solutions. No one cared about the rooms being hot. I have my mother with me who is an older woman and she can’t be in the heat. I called to ask for compensation since I had to leave the room early and Antonio said no and said I should have empathy while not showing any empathy to me. He said his apology is him showing empathy. I spent my money and used 70k points to stay here with my family. THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Although I could utilize all things advertised, I still have to pay full price. As a manager, you are representing Hilton as a brand and if this is how Hilton treats customer CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD AND REVOKE MY SILVER MEMBER STATUS!

This review is specifically to highlight and applaud the customer service provided by Terrance Moore. Terrance worked the front desk over night and he was the 4th Hilton / Homewood Suites representative I spoke with in 2 days. I booked a room at this hotel in March 2026 for May 16th. Ladies from NC, NJ and NY were all traveling to DC and we needed to be at an event by 2:30pm in Linden, VA. I requested early check in and was told several times it would be no problem until 24 hrs before my arrival now it was a no guarantee. Terrance listened to my concerns and was able to provide me with a different room category that would ENSURE access to the room early so all of the ladies could shower and get dressed for our event. I greatly appreciate the service Terrance provided. I have been a Hilton Honors member for years and this again is WHY I stay at Hiltons - 5 people can say one thing but 1 person will go out of there way to make sure the brand and reputation of Hilton remains in place. The representative when I arrived (Jose or Juan) was excellent as well. He was able to get us the keys and arranged for valet to help us so we could move quickly. The room was perfect, the location is amazing (especially for those who are attending the baseball game or looking for a good bar crawl) and the SERVICE was top notch. Another thank you to the security officer who was working May 16th. We asked him for recommendations of where to go in the area for appetizers and cocktails and he recommended some great places for us to visit. Thank you Homewood Suites staff for taking care of me and my ladies. It was greatly appreciated.

My wife and I just stayed here for her birthday and it was fantastic. Big shout out to Lauren at the front desk, she was amazing and the manager Keith was a pleasure to deal with as well. The room was very nice and clean. The wrap around floor to ceiling windows with a view into the nationals ballpark was a treat. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again when I’m in town. There is a metro station across the street and plenty of places around to eat. They also have a nice pool and free hot breakfast. 5/5 for every category especially the staff

We stayed with a large group and our stay was beyond amazing! The hotel itself is gorgeous and spotlessly clean. It’s location is fantastic as well - steps away from Metro station, lots of great restaurants and the ball field is right down the street. The staff was beyond helpful! Coordinating a large group for our stay with Shirley went flawlessly- she was on top of everything and was so attentive to our ever changing needs. Antonio the hotel manager was so helpful and made sure our stay was successful! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and location!!

Excellent stay! Excellent location! We came with a group of 70 for a citizenship in the nation Boy Scout trip. We worked with Shirley in sales at the hotel and she was amazing! She helped us secure, fair pricing and provided all the information we needed for the valet parking. The hotel provided a lot of space in terms of our group gathering. The free breakfast was very diversified and delicious! The rooftop patio space was another great area for us to meet in the evenings! The views from the top are great with the capital stadium and the sunset. The metro line is directly outside the door of the hotel and the kids had a great time learning how to navigate into DC or over into Virginia, etc. Highly recommend this hotel! The staffing is incredible. The location is incredible and the actual hotel itself is very, very clean and comfortable! Antonio, the manager, is also wonderful!

Our stay here was amazing! The view of some of the monuments from the penthouse terrace floor was beautiful. The staff were quick to accommodate the requests we made. I sooo love Ms. Debbie at the front desk! She was so professional, informative, friendly, and chique! Checking in and out was easy. We will definitely be visiting again.

For Hilton property I have grown to expect more. There breakfast is great but it is inconvenient because there is only one trash can and it is hidden from behind all of the tables and difficult to get to when you everyone is sitting at the tables in large groups. The location is great and convenient for food and all of my meetings. The pillows in the room are far too soft and it was better to stack up towels in the pillow cases to give some support.

They have a nice sitting area on the 2nd floor but only available until 7. The hot breakfast wasn’t great. The French toast sticks were hard like toast. The potatoes were dry and hard as if they had been reheated. They did have the typical pastries, bagels, great variety of cereal and juice(orange and cranberry). Coffee snd tea. But staff was very friendly. We lost a purse and unfortunately it wasn’t located.

The location is great! Ample places to walk for food and shopping. Close to the transit. Lobby closes at 7 pm and you need your card to enter which makes it feel safer. The service was okay. It isn’t the Ritz Carlton, but the service could have been better. Staff is friendly but lacks the ability to anticipate your needs or sweeten your experience. My room was mostly nice but you can see some damage that needed to be fixed. A hole in the wall. Sink not mounted flush to the wall. No water in the room. Gym was kind of outdated. Peloton didn’t work. Definite room to do better!

I like the hotel location near metro and has nearby restaurants and coffee shops. Room is clean and seems to be newly renovated. Staffs are very helpful except one at breakfast bar who didn’t seem to want to be there. Bed is comfy, pillow not so much. Breakfast is great with lots of variety and fairly good quality. Swimming pool is small. Exercise area is well equipped. The only thing I don’t like was that there was a big party at the corner across to the hotel with lots of noise and lots of young kids, there were at least 9 police cars surrounding. These seem to be on Friday and Saturday night.
