I've stayed at this hotel several times. Front desk serice was stellar!! They recognized and acknowledged my loyalty status without prompting, the room was fantastic, the views are great and the breakfast spread was among the best in all my travels. Ill be giving this hotel strong preference in the future.

I had a nice stay at this location. The hotel is clean, staff is very helpful, and rooms are spacious. I think the rooms need small improvements like lamps with USB ports, etc. The USB ports available in the room do not work great or at all in one area for me. It sounds minor but if you have multiple devices that need charging it makes a huge difference and it's a nice touch. This may be Georgetown technically but its a mile away from the most popular restaurants and shopping areas in Georgetown.

I just checked in at Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Georgetown and wanted to recognize Dayonna at the front desk for her excellent service. She was very pleasant, welcoming, and extremely informative during the check-in process. She explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made the arrival smooth and easy. She represents the hotel very well and honestly deserves a raise. A great first impression thanks to her professionalism and customer care.

We were in town for a large event held at another host hotel. So glad we chose to stay at the Embassy Suites Georgetown! This hotel is wonderful and close to many great restaurants and local attractions. The neighborhood is also nice and easy to navigate. Our hotel room was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and our meal in the restaurant. The entire hotel staff was helpful, courteous, very friendly and professional. We highly recommend staying here on your next visit. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel! We had a large room with a street view, and the staff were kind and welcoming. Special thanks to Elaf at the reception for genuinely caring and helping me out… she was incredibly thoughtful. Also, Mahlet at the District Tap restaurant took great care of us and made our experience fun and so enjoyable. Location was perfect as well.

I was in town on business for Political & United Nations Business, and ended up in the Severe SNOW STORM of DC. Glad I was stuck at this Location. Breakfast Staff, & dinner staff...AMAZING! I am a restaurant Food Critic. As a PR & Reviewer I have 2.9 Million Views on Googla reviews. First let me start by saying that, all of the workers I encountered on my during my stay were Professional, Expeditious, Pleasant, Catering, Anticipated my needs as a customer and guest. I truly didnt have to ask for anything which tells me a lot about this location. The whole staff was SLAMMED for the snow storm, and had most likely a test that they couldnt have anticipated. As a former member of the restaurant Industry of over 17+ years, being everything from a busser, to a server, to a GM, this location has the "It Factor." The whole team played as a TEAM, worked closely with each other and GOT IT DONE, with EXCELLENCE! Such a rare thing to see now-a-days! I spoke with many people as I wanted to enjoy my down time, and Embassy Suites is one of my favorite hotels, this location makes everyone feel welcome and that is surely because of management, down to the employees, as the employees are the representatives of the leadership that has trained them, and I wanted names for this Review, unsuspectingly. With this in mind I must mention those that went above and beyond the call of business , and DUTY. If they are not mentioned, it is because I cannot see all of the layers from the main floor, surely there are others behind the scene that made this possible, but I asked about Chefs, Employees, and management, and to those not mentioned, Brava! Please do something VERY SPECIAL for this TEAM!????? Busser -Berline (Made me feel as if she was my own Auntie, or Mother even...So Warm, Hospitable, smile Lights up a room, patient, checked on me on every turn.) Bartenders -Kayla (Went Above & Beyond, Beautiful Heart, Spirit, and Genuinely cares about Customers, with a smile, she loves what she does, the people couldn't stop talking about her service!) -Jose' (Went Above & Beyond, great heart, genuine and surely loves people! People kep complimenting and thanking him) ------- Servers -Mahet (The Sweetest woman I ever met in my Life!) -Ebony (Went Above & Beyond, the fastest and most quickest server, with a smile, that cannot be denied! She clearly came for business, and to get sales numbers up, same with many of the ones I mentioned!) ------- Cooks -Michael (Went Above & Beyond, Im in love with His Breakfast, came back for more every morning! Never dissapointed, and was the higlight of my stay! You come for the room, you leave with smiles. Room is spacious, and the staffs are great. There's a complimentary snack bar open during happy hour. The pool is clean and heated. Great for the whole family to stay during the winter season.

A lovely Embassy Suite in the Georgetown area of Washington DC. A lovely atrium to see when you enter with a water feature. We took advantage of the free evening reception and breakfast the next morning. A great large exercise room is available which we took advantage of as well. They have a pool but we didn’t venture there this stay.

It's been outstanding. Better than your typical Embassy Suites and the rooms are huge. Double queen and sofa bed combos great for our family - sofa bed pull out was great, not noisy, and king sized. Breakfast was good enough, despite a hot choch machine not working, and bacon ran out for 5 minutes, but lots of staff to help fill up. Omelets were delicious and no line when I went, and huge amount of spacious seating. Afternoon drinks were actively served on the tables with cheese cake and food with an included voucher. Over serviced, which was great compared to other embassy suites. Rooms were good, very clean, and spacious. Housekeeping were outstanding as always. So nice to have a pool, but strange location near the foyer for people with bathers (with a back entrance); not great for modesty unless you want to change in the back bathrooms, but I didn't wear my mankini this time. Our family is turning into more of a Hilton's Suites type of family just for the multi-room space and facilities.

We only stayed here for one night and it is a convenient place to stay with all the necessary things in the room. Was clean smell nice and had lots of towels as well as shower gel shampoo and conditioner. They do have lots of street parking available and the guy that was working at the reception was very nice and friendly
