This property offers a prime location and generally clean, comfortable accommodations managed by staff like Manager Moe Fahmy, however, recent guests report significant dissatisfaction regarding operational inconveniences, unexpected fees, and inconsistent amenities.
I attended a Leadership Conference near this location. This hotel surpassed all my expectations and was very clean. I appreciated the staff that went above and beyond to ensure may stay was excellent. Would recommend to any friends, family, or business colleagues. Moe Fahmy is currently the manager, he is excellent and ensures customer satisfaction is the top priority.
Very limited Bar spirits - no whiskey. Bartender said that there is no requests for whiskey??? There were only about 20 bottles of liquor. The bartender was nice and tried to accommodate. The rooms had poor lighting - the hotel embraces a “minimalist” attitude in decor, menus and the bar. Beds were “Marriott’ which are always so comfortable. No extras in the room- shower caps. Etc. Elevators are annoying must use two sets of elevators to get to your room. Staff were friendly. I would stay at another Marriott. Breakfast was a nightmare, food was cold. Server did not understand what we ordered a 30 minute meal turned into over an hour ordeal. She did not speak or understand English well.
Stayed here a few years ago and felt like that experience was better back then. There's no valet (despite the website saying there is). The attached parking garage also locked us out at one point on a Saturday night after we got back after 11pm. Luckily the front desk helped us get in, but it was a big hassle. There are decent places to eat within walking distance, which is good bc there is no room service. Rooms are showing their age and not as nice as I remember. Definitely underwhelming for what should be a 4-star hotel, but also explains why the room rate was so affordable.
I had a great front desk experience— the ladies were very sweet and professional. However, I was surprised by the additional charges for TV use and a fridge. For a hotel marketed as ‘4-star,’ these fees don’t align with the level of service I’ve come to expect from similar establishments. Additionally, the $200 hold on my card felt excessive and wasn’t clearly communicated upfront. While the staff was lovely, these odd policies detracted from the overall experience
I generally have good experiences with Marriott hotels, unfortunately comparing with other Marriott hotels at the same level, this one did not meet the standard. The location is perfect, and the room was clean, however the AC did not work properly even after re-start, room temperature never reached the one set on thermostat. There is no vanity in bathroom - it's a simple/basic sink, cannot call this a 4-star hotel. Restaurant food was basic and way over priced. The shower was mostly cold and had to wait for good 10 minutes for it to turn just a bit warm.
