Wonderful hotel in Washington. The staff were kind and helpful upon entry. The whole hotel was very clean from the main entry to the rooms. Very convenient laundry ($3/each for washer and dryer) and gym on first floor. Great selection of breakfast each morning for kids and adults. Very spacious rooms with large refrigerator and top stove. We really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Washington, D.C. Downtown and overall the experience was okay. The hotel provides complimentary breakfast, which is convenient for families.The room setup was good with 2 beds, 2 TVs, a proper kitchen area including vessels, stove, fridge, oven, and a sink inside the kitchen. There was also a sofa in the living room, and a door separating the bedroom from the hall/kitchen area, which added privacy and comfort. One observation is that the room has a sink outside the washroom but not inside. Having two sinks — one inside the bathroom and one outside — would be more comfortable for families. One person could use the bathroom for brushing or bathing, while others could still use the outside sink. This is just my personal opinion. The hotel is smoke?free, which is good. We did notice a dog in the property — not sure if it was a service dog or a pet — but it seems the hotel allows dogs. The only downside is that the hotel charges more for car parking, which adds to the overall cost of the stay. Other than these points, the stay was fine and met our basic expectations.

For a short stay of 3 nights in Washington DC, I think this is a pretty great hotel considering that the fees already included its breakfast. The breakfast have limited options but I can say that it is really good for this type of hotel. The staff are all accomodating, kind, & supportive. There is also unlimited complimentary coffee in the front desk area. Definitely a place to visit again when you want to stay in DC which are also near to many places.

The room was clean, however, the ac did not cool the room to our expectations even after we had their personnel come “fix” it. It was set on 68 and it felt more like 72 in the summer that was brutal for us. The room had significant signs of wear and tear, the kitchen was dated but functional and cleans the breakfast was very basic & limited but was essential for us. The hallway on our floor (6th) had a very strong odor of food throughout the entire stay, it was not pleasant. location was great & safe. The staff working was excellent to deal with.. Overall a decent value, but I would probably stay somewhere else next time

So this has been a very pleasant week while staying here at Homewood Suites. We arrived Monday, June 22nd and departed Monday, June 29th. We were traveling with animals, so never used housekeeping, but they were willing to hand us requested items while we were there. Briona, on first was always pleasant at the front desk as was, Keiya???(I may be missing a letter) on second. Tim (food and beverage manager) had the kitchen in top notch. We had breakfast daily, and Jay and himself did a fascinating job with the social on Wednesday evening. The breakfast while we were there consisted of, Eggs each day, rotating meats, and starch items, assorted breads and pastries, fresh whole fruit, over night oats and oatmilk chia pudding with variety of toppings, & Pork or chicken carnitas with corn or flour tortillas. Salsa, cheese, sour cream, and jalapeños! Each days meat and starch. Tuesday: Bacon - Roasted Potatoes with peppers/onions Wednesday: Maple Sausage - Mini Pancakes Thursday: Turkey Bacon - Potato Cakes (contained onions) Friday: Pork Sausage Patty - Tator tots Saturday: Pork Sausage Links - Mini waffles Sunday - Chicken Sausage Patties - Fried Homefries Monday - Turkey Sausage Patties - Tots Note: any day that the meat was not a pork option the carnitas meat was. The days with pork meat, it was chicken carnitas. I would choose this location in the future!

Good hotel, I would stay again. Looks like a good place for a family stay (I saw a few families with kids running around). A bit pricy and the morning breakfast was typical bad. Not many breakfast options close by. Gym was a little dirty with light weights, but there was plenty of space and it did its job. Room and bathroom were great.

The customer service was fantastic! Everyone was so helpful & friendly… we arrived later than expected & the woman on late night was very friendly and welcoming… I wish I had gotten her name ! Brionna @ the front desk was wonderful this morning. Also very kind friendly and helpful… Much appreciated during these crazy times. Great location and clean room rooms. Would stay here again !

Rooms are very spacious and very comfortable, though a bit dated. Convenient location. Service was excellent. The managers reception on Wednesday evening and each days breakfast were above average and the staff are very attentive to their jobs and their patrons. I would use this hotel again.

This review is primarily for the breakfast buffet. This is yet another evidence that we Americans know how to do breakfast right. Really? Really! 1. The fresh brewed coffee is already strong and has the wake-you-up aroma. But you’re also given 5 choices for creamer: milk, half n’ half, almond milk, hazelnut non-dairy and French vanilla non-dairy. 2. Chicken carnitas tacos for breakfast no less. How wonderful does that sound. Complete with salsa, cheddar, cream cheese, red onion, Tabasco.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The room is fully equipped with everything you need — there is even a stove and a dishwasher. For those who don’t like eating out, it’s possible to cook your own meals.The service was excellent, and the breakfast was so complete, nutritious, and delicious that my husband and I were very satisfied and full.
