What a fantastic Hotel and Casino. My wife and I stayed this past week. Beautiful and comfortable room, modern decor, clean and inviting. The non smoking Casino is incredibly fun, new games, well lite, great service in a nice atmosphere. Also there are excellent dining options at the hotel or surrounding area. Our Casino Host Mr. Stephen Baek provided simply outstanding service and can't say enough about his and all the staff professionalism and genuine pride they take in delivering phenomenal services. This is a must stay and due when visiting Hanover, MD.

We are here this weekend. They have graduations on rotation and access to the hotel and lobby has been a nightmare. They block all access with police directing traffic away from the hotel. We are in town visiting family and they can’t get to us. If we leave we can’t get back in until the graduations are over. The rooms need to be redone. The furniture is banged up and chipped. They try to keep it clean it is just worn and tired. A refresh would be nice.

I was at the Live Casino for the Automotive State of the Union Conference (ASOTUCON) for the event. Not much in the actual casino part myself, but did go through there to eat at the Cheesecake Factory. Which was the first time for me going to one, and it absolutely did not disappoint! The waiter was very overwhelmed with tables, but he was handling it like a freakin pro and didn't miss a beat. I'm sure he was exhausted afterwards, but he did fantastic work. The venue itself is truly beautiful and I really love that they have ASOTUCON there. Hope they continue for a very long time. I didn't stay at the hotel, but I did talk to several people that were and they really loved their rooms and I didn't hear a single complaint. So if ASOTUCON is there again next year, I will certainly be getting a room to stay next time.

I had an incredible experience at Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland. The games were amazing, the energy was high, and everything felt top-tier from the moment we walked in. The food was absolutely epic, definitely exceeded expectations for a casino dining experience. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. It gave me that same Southern warmth I’ve experienced at Live Casino in Bossier City, which is hard to beat. A special shoutout to Leslie, she truly knows how to take care of her guests. The VIP treatment was on another level, and she made the entire experience feel personal and memorable. Ray at the rewards desk was super helpful and Mia at the front was a blessing! Hands down, this is a must visit spot. If you’re anywhere near Maryland, you’ve got to check it out.

You should be ashamed that your doors are still open while systems have been down for 4 days. Can't cash out a voucher or redeem free play. Everyone has to leave money in the machines because you can't cash out your voucher and no one will come when the service light is on. The line for the cashier is wrapped around the building for the few people who actually were able to print a voucher. You clearly have no respect for your customers. If you did the doors would be closed until this issue was resolved instead of stealing people's money. Shameful!
