5/5 Stars – An incredible, brand-new experience you’ll have to see for yourself!!! I had a wonderful time staying at the Arlo Washington DC and cannot recommend it enough. Right from the start, the customer service was exceptional—you can truly tell that the employees care deeply about their jobs and take pride in making guests feel welcome. Because the property is so fresh, everything felt brand new, spotless, and impeccably clean. It made for such a comfortable and refreshing stay. If you are visiting DC and looking for a fantastic place to stay, this is definitely it. I truly enjoyed every minute of my time here!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Arlo Washington, D.C. a few weeks ago to celebrate my birthday and my first visit to Washington, D.C. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spotless and well-maintained the hotel was. Every area of the property was clean, organized, and clearly cared for. My room was immaculate and offered one of the best views of the city. The staff was consistently warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. A special shoutout to the team in the bodega! I found myself stopping there every morning before heading out and every afternoon when I returned from exploring the city. Their friendly service made each visit even more enjoyable. Arlo Washington, D.C. truly knows how to do hospitality right. My birthday trip was unforgettable, and I'm already looking forward to staying here again on my next visit to D.C. Highly recommend!

Its a really nice hotel. Now the was alittle small but extremely clean modem walking shower. Overall the room was really nice. The pool was small to but they fresh had towels. Very very nice. The breakfast was just great add it to your room so wearth it.... very good service Overall will b e back!

Check-in/Check-out: Fast and easy. No hassle at all. Staff: Super friendly and helpful. Housekeeping checked with us daily to see if we needed the room cleaned, which we appreciated. The security guards open the entrance doors for you during the day, and at night you use your room key to access the hotel — made us feel very safe. Location: Perfect. Safe area and easy walking distance to all the tourist attractions and Chinatown. Huge bonus: Wise Guys Pizza is right on the corner to the left of the building and open until 4am for late-night cravings. Highlight: A big thank you for the free breakfast voucher on our first day in recognition of my husband’s service as a Marine Corps veteran. That meant a lot to us. One note: The only downside was the urban fee at $35/night plus a sustainability fee of $5.58/night. Also no free breakfast after day one ?. Overall: We loved our 5-night stay. Great service, great location, and thoughtful staff. We will definitely be back.

The location is perfect for walking and biking to museums, botanical garden and the capital building. Chinatown is a few blocks away for nighttime music, food and entertainment. The hotel itself is nicely decorated, modern, safe and clean. The check-in had a few glitches in my reservation but staff quickly resolved the issue. The service was top notch. Jude at the front desk took great care of me and made sure I had everything I needed. The rooftop bar/lounge has a lovely view of the city and the bartender Shawn gave excellent service that really elevated the evenings. I’ll definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay at Arlo Hotel in Washington, DC—easily a 10/10 experience. The location is perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very well maintained, and the facilities were excellent throughout our stay. Service was consistently friendly and attentive, which made a big difference, and the breakfast was a great way to start each day. Everything felt thoughtfully done and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to DC, and we’ll definitely be looking into other Arlo locations for future trips.

One of my all time favorite hotels we've stayed in! Modern decor and a calm oasis after long days of travel. Love the attention to detail and functionality in the rooms; most DC rooms are smaller but their functionality makes up for it. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Fun rooftop bar with great vibe and views. Great food at the onsite restaurant for breakfast. Saw on the room tv that you can also request additional items for your stay from the front desk, such as an in room yoga mat among other items. Most major hotel chains we've stayed in are all very similar in what they offer and the experience. For us, Arlo was way above! If we go anywhere where they have locations, we will only stay at Arlo from here on out! Highly recommend! I don't write a lot of reviews but this was well worth it!

Excellent rooms. Excellent service. Beautiful hotel. Great location. Very loud music from evening through all night until early morning hours. Sounds like you are trying to rest under a night club. I chose this area because it is supposed to be quiet. It was not. It was more peaceful outside than in my hotel room.

Very modern hotel. Nice gym, lounge areas, rooftop bar with views of DC. Good location, walking distance to Capital One Arena and even the museums area if you don’t mind walking a bit more. Forgot to take photos of the room but it was modern, clean, awesome bathroom tiles. Bit small room but not bad. Even had a nice alarm clock with charging cables (both iphone and usb c). Highly recommend staying here, especially if you are able to get the deal that includes breakfast at their Arrels restaurant, which offers good spanish food

If you’re visiting DC and want a stay that combines style, comfort, and outstanding service, Arlo Hotel DC is absolutely the place. I will definitely be returning — and recommending it to everyone I know!
